I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful small balcony with stunning views of Pollensa town and the surrounding mountains. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, always courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. The location was perfect, right on the main square, offering a charming atmosphere and easy access to explore Pollenca. The dining experience was delightful, especially enjoying breakfast on the peaceful terrace. The facilities were top-notch, making my visit even more enjoyable.

Staying at this hotel was a mix of great and not so great experiences. The location is fantastic, right on the main square of Pollenca, which is beautiful, but it can get noisy early in the mornings due to deliveries. The rooms were surprisingly quiet despite being above a bar and on a busy corner. The service was caring and attentive, although I had to wait outside with our bags initially. The dining was basic with something for everyone, and the facilities were decent overall.
